Greetings gentle readers!
Since I don’t have a lot of free time of late (my angel beckons), I thought I would try out a new chapter in bloggage….short-n-sweet.
With that in mind, I give you the first installment of:
The Mayor: True Confessions
This will be a way for you to get a little more insight into my dorkitude, which is long-standing, and also a way for you to share if you are so inclined!
Confession 1 is as follows:
Every day, when I take a shower, I take a few mouthfuls of water and ‘spout’ them out like a dolphin. Yeah, I said it.
I’ve done this ever since I was a child and started taking showers. Call it an homage to my inner child. I’m very dedicated about it, too. (on those rare occasions when I haven’t showered solo, it *has* been commented upon. And tried.) I find that if I’m having a bad day, there is something about that simple act that gives me a little boost. And if I’m having a good day, I may do it a few extra times.
It’s really fun and I think you all should try it, if you haven’t.
I don’t ever intend to stop!
